"The wrong bags were sent at the time of my order. I sent the bags back right away unopened they received the bags back and never sent the right bags or respond to anymore emails after they received the return. I try calling and get disconnected with speaking to anyone."

"It took a month and 4 days to arrive and by that time my husband’s birthday had passed (which is why I bought it) and I had already bought him something else so I returned it the day after it arrived (less than 24 hours later completely unopened. It’s now been 2 weeks since it was returned, a week and two days since it was signed for and received back by Anova and still they had yet to issue my refund. Shipping stayed 3-5 days and yet it took over a month. So slow to mail it, so slow to reply, so slow to issue a refund when an unopened, unused, un damaged box get returned. I’m still not sure what the hold up is waiting to be refunded."
