Whether you’re looking for the best way to reheat leftovers or curious about how to deep-clean your oven, Anova Intelligence Assistant has you covered.
Our Anova Intelligence Assistant is designed to give you the most reliable, accurate answers, drawing from our expert-crafted and sourced library of information. No more digging through social media posts, waiting for replies on forums, or asking undependable chatbots. The Anova Intelligence Assistant can quickly summarize recipes and or point you to the full details when you need them. We built it to make your cooking experience smoother and stress-free, so you don’t have to rely on customer service wait times or crowdsourced opinions — just fast, helpful answers when you need them most.
How to Use Anova Intelligence Assistant
Using it is simple. First, make sure your app is updated, and you’ll find the Assistant included with your subscription. Then, type in your question or query using plain, straightforward language. The more specific you are, the better your results will be. Want to switch to Celsius or Fahrenheit? Ask away. Wondering how to steam veggies or roast a chicken? The Assistant will guide you through the right steps. You can even chat in your preferred language — we’ve worked hard to translate everything, but we’d love your feedback on how we can make it better.

- Each question you ask starts a thread. Follow-up questions will stay in context, so if you’re changing topics, we recommend starting a new conversation for best results.
- Some answers may show temperatures in Fahrenheit or Celsius. If you’re looking to switch, just ask the Assistant to convert it for you.

I can’t find the Intelligence Assistant in the app either. Which app is the right one?
I can’t see the different cooking modes on my 2.0 oven’s display. I need help. I can’t find the Intelligence Assistant in the app either. Which app is the right one?
Some of us just want the thing to work. (Like why is the biggest OFF indicator only for the steam?), how to reset when temperatures occasionally quit working. The food temperature has thermostat has quit working, I am pretty sure that it is not the probe and cable, but a dirty probe port – can I clean it, and how? By the way, I love that oven, and use it for upwards of 90% of my baking and broiling.
