"Sealer bags damaged by stapled shipping tag Christmas present opened on Christmas morning. Shipping tag stapled to shipping box. Staple damaged vacuum sealer bags. Started warranty claim. Not the best Christmas gift situation. (FEB 8 2026: STILL WAITING ON VENDOR TO DO SOMETHING!)"
Still waiting for my return
"It took a month and 4 days to arrive and by that time my husband’s birthday had passed (which is why I bought it) and I had already bought him something else so I returned it the day after it arrived (less than 24 hours later completely unopened. It’s now been 2 weeks since it was returned, a week and two days since it was signed for and received back by Anova and still they had yet to issue my refund. Shipping stayed 3-5 days and yet it took over a month. So slow to mail it, so slow to reply, so slow to issue a refund when an unopened, unused, un damaged box get returned. I’m still not sure what the hold up is waiting to be refunded."
