Sous Vide Sweets for your Sweetheart

Sous Vide Sweets for your Sweetheart

Updated
Nothing says love like buying a card that you spent 3 minutes picking out, and a bouquet of near-dead roses, right? Wrong. Super wrong. Like, couldn't be more wrong if you tried. To really show out this Valentine's Day, treat your sweetheart to some super sweet sous vide treats. Peep the recipes from our community of #anovafoodnerds below, and get your love on.

Sous Vide Red Wine Poached Pear from #anovafoodnerd Amber Elias

A light, delicious, and delicate dessert — from a work to flavor standpoint it doesn't get better than this.

Sous Vide Earl Grey Creme Brulee from #anovafoodnerd Charmaine

You can have your "cake" and drink tea too. A classic creme brulee recipe elevated with the addition of one ingredient - Earl Grey tea. You will find yourself holding your spoon with pinkies up.

Sous Vide Chocolate Strawberry Pot De Creme from #anovafoodnerd Erika Turk

A combination of a few different of my favorite Valentine's Day desserts! Super creamy strawberry pot de creme with rich chocolate ganache folded in, topped with a fresh vanilla bean whipped cream! The custard cooks effortlessly with your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker, and you just sit back and enjoy the best dessert ever with your loved one.

Sous Vide Raspberry Cream Tart from #anovafoodnerd Mike Castaneda

This is an incredible, decadent dessert that will blow you away. Enjoy this Sous Vide Raspberry Cream Tart after a special meal with your loved ones - they'll thank you!

Sous Vide Chocolate Cake from #anovafoodnerd Kate Williams

Cake is certainly not the first thing I thought of to cook using the Anova Precision Cooker, but it is definitely one of the tastiest. This chocolate cake is tender and super moist, with no dry crumbles in sight. It’s easy to make, too — just mix up the one-bowl batter, divide it into jars, and sous vide for 3 hours. Because the cake is cooked in jars, it won’t slice into even layers, so have fun with the presentation. We love this straight out of the jar or torn into large pieces and plated with seasonal fruit. This recipe calls for a stand mixer, but you can make the batter using a hand-held mixer as well.

Sous Vide Chocolate Cheesecake with Raspberry Sauce from #anovafoodnerd Barbara Freda

Rich chocolate cheesecake in glass jars, then finished with raspberry sauce and whipped cream? There is (probably) nothing better.
