Add the Anova Precision™ Chamber Vacuum Sealer Pouches
Chamber sealers are used by professional chefs due to their ability to reliably achieve an airtight, mess-free seal — especially when it comes to liquids. The Anova Precision™ Chamber Vacuum Sealer brings that technology to your home at a fraction of the cost, with plenty of preset modes to do far more than just sealing.
Chamber sealers work by removing all air from the entire chamber, including inside the pouch, creating an equally pressurized environment. From there, the sealer bar closes the open end of the pouch, and the pressure is released to produce perfectly sealed food.
Equalized pressure within the chamber ensures that the food or liquid being sealed stays wherever you have placed it within the sealer pouch. This is especially useful when sealing fish, soups, foods in marinades, and more.
This pressurized environment also opens the door to a handful of alternative cooking techniques. We've pre-programmed the most useful settings straight into the interface of the sealer: infuse/extract, compress/pickle, and dry/cool.
Traditional methods for DIY infusions and extractions take weeks or months. This setting speeds up the process, allowing you to make your favorite flavored oils, alcohols, and vinegars in a matter of minutes.
Compressing certain fruits and veggies makes for some seriously cool textural changes, and allows food to become saturated with pickling brine faster than traditional methods.
Boil water off of products in the chamber, like a freshly baked loaf of bread, to encourage faster cooling and drying, while producing a crisper crust.
Using the manual controls, modify the vacuum and seal strength to create the perfect sealing environment for any situation — fresh herbs, delicate fruit, or marinating chicken breasts.
Because chamber sealers don't suck air directionally, their pouches don't require internal mesh liners needed by edge sealer bags to achieve an airtight seal. This means less plastic is used in production, resulting in an alternative that's easier on the wallet.
Anova Precision™ Chamber Vacuum PouchesIt's fun and easy to use the preset modes above to experiment at home, but we've also developed plenty of recipes so you'll know exactly where to start.
Cucumber slices only need a few turns in the Compress/Pickle cycle to transform into crisp, flavorful pickles — ready for sandwiches, burgers, and cheese boards.
The Infuse/Extract cycle means you don't need to heat oil for homemade chile oil. Add a spicy drizzle to rice, noodles, and more — with no mess and zero danger.
These sweet, tangy, and boozy compressed pineapple slices not only look cool, but they also make excellent garnishes for tiki drinks.
No foresight is required for this after-dinner digestivo. Quickly infuse vodka with aromatic lemon peels and combine with simple syrup to impress your friends in a matter of minutes.
Achieving a mess-free, airtight seal is key to sous vide success, ensuring the pouch stays safely sealed and doesn't float while cooking. Pair the Anova Precision™ Chamber Vacuum Sealer with any cooker in our Anova Precision® Cooker line and expand your capabilities in the kitchen.
Take your culinary creations to another level with the Anova Precision™ Oven — quick-infuse a chile oil in the Chamber Vacuum to pair with a perfectly roast chicken, rapidly hydrate chocolate chip cookie dough before convection baking, or swiftly cool your steam-baked bread. All of this, and more, is now at your fingertips.

"The quality, functionality, and design are all top-notch. I don’t have much experience with marinating or extracting yet, but this vacuum sealer really inspires me to experiment. I feel like I made the best choice for a reasonable price."
"Unfortunately the unit I received could not draw a vacuum very well. There remained a lot of air in the bag after sealing. Tried multiple times. Returned unit. Waiting for refund."
"Vacuum sealed some items (replaced my FoodSaver with this) and it was easy. Then I took two steaks created a marinade and used the infuser processing method. Tossed them into the refrigerator and grilled them 5 hours later. Awesome flavor and tender!"
"It’s phenomenal. I do HVAC and have pulled thousands of vacuums in my time and never have I been able to view the process. I would suggest mentioning to the purchasers of this device that trying to vacuum seal warm liquids is not the proper method. Chill first. Otherwise- it’s fantastic."
"OK super"
"Overall it performs well but it has limited functionality. Strong vacuum could be stronger. It does not have a lite vacuum setting. It ,does not have a seal only setting."
"Unbeatable for the price."
"This company has a weak 2 year warrantee their chamber vacuum sealer. My vacuum sealer stopped working at 2. 7 years after VERY low usage. The machine runs constantly when it is turned on. They told me there is no way to reset or fix it. They told me I had to send then the original purchase receipt and pictures of the machine. The sealer was a gift from my daughter so I had to tell it is broken (which made her sad) and asked her to dig up the receipt which she did with some effort. Anova then offered me 10% off if I bought another machine from them. What a joke, they also give 10% to anyone that gives them their email address. They ultimately offered me a 20% off of a new machine. No way, thanks for nothing. Avova wants to act like a high quality company with high prices, but it sells equipment that does not last very long, even under very low use (only35 bags vacuum sealed). Avoid this company unless you want to waste your money, time and deal with frustrations."
"Ik ben gewoon om brood in te pakken in vacuum zakjes door een klein beetje vacuum te trekken en dan te sealen. Dat kan niet met deze machine. sandwiches worden helemaal plat gedrukt bv."
"Anova Precision™ Chamber Vacuum Sealer - The use is simple, it works very well, lots of possibilities for use"
