Add the Anova Precision™ Vacuum Sealer Rolls
This vacuum sealer was built to handle over 100 continuous vacuum seals. That's confidence in the kitchen.
Vaccum sealing is a super quick and easy way to extend the shelf life of most foods – especially if you plan on freezing it. Outside of using your sealer for sous vide cooking, you’ll find it endlessly useful for keeping things like fish, meats, cheeses, produce, and even grains or coffee as fresh as possible for as long as possible.
Having an extra hand available in the kitchen can be massively helpful. That’s why we’ve designed the Anova Precision™ Vacuum Sealer Pro to be fully functional, while using just one hand. Clamping bags, vacuuming, and sealing are all easily accomplished with a single hand. We call it one-handling business.
More options for reducing plastic waste! An added accessory port and included vacuum hose opens the door to sealing much more than just bags – specialized canning jar lids, a wide variety of vacuum-ready containers, and even resealing wine bottles are all on the table.
No longer must #anovafoodnerds live in fear of sucking up excess liquid into the vacuum port of their sealer. The Anova Precision™ Vacuum Sealer Pro was built with a low pressure suction function and a reliable double sealer to handle even the juiciest of foods, no problem.
Whether preparing a meal for a table of one or a house full of guests, these bags and rolls can handle the job. Use them to meet all your sous vide cooking and food storage needs.
Anova Precision™ Vacuum Sealer Bags are the only vacuum sealer bags designed specifically for sous vide use. They’re ultra-durable and oddly satisfying to watch decompress.
Anova Precision™ Vacuum Sealer Rolls let you choose the size you need. Just like our Bags, they're durable for prolonged sous vide cooking, and they are fridge and freezer safe.
Our track record says it all. Over 100 million cooks started and counting. A half a million #anovafoodnerds worldwide. With an industry-leading 2-year warranty the Anova Precision™ Vacuum Sealer Pro is the only vacuum sealer you need. Period.

The Anova Precision™ Vacuum Sealer Pro is praised for its strong suction and double seal feature, making it a popular choice for sous vide enthusiasts. However, opinions on the quality and cutter functionality are mixed, and some users find the instructions less helpful.

"I would say it works more consistently than the Food Saver model I am replacing. However....I thought it would be a more aggressive vacuum action. It's consistent but not super powerful. It did allow me to vacuum 50 items with no issues."
"Just received my Anova vacuum sealer. Looking at the directions the printing is sooo small I cant read it. Attempted to call the company three times phone rang. Transferred to customer service. Dead air for one minute. Then a busy signal and disconnect. After three phone attempts and one email my patience has run out. Returning the product. If this is the typical service I will be receiving no thank you. So product is going back."
"The sealer is really easy to use, the pictures instructions could had been a little more detailed with how the unit works with text descriptions."
"I love my new vacuum sealer. It works perfectly to seal my food."
"We replaced our 15 year old FoodSaver with the Anova Vacuum Sealer Pro. The vac pulse is an excellent and welcome feature. The seals seem solid, but will have to wait and see if the hold up during storage. Nice and small, would recommend (assuming the seals last)."
"My husband loves the vaccum sealer! he uses it all the time to freeze and meal prep! Super quick and efficient delivery too"
"Love the clean look and well-designed functions. Built-in roll storage with integrated cutting blade is extremely convenient. The pulse control is especially helpful with moist or delicate foods. As a new vacuum sealer user, I am finding more and more things to seal for freezing."
"When ordering this the shipping is listed as "fast" and "4-6 business days" which was a big selling point for me. However in reality it took 6 business days just for the dispatch alone, then the actual shipping itself is 9 business days. That's a total of 15 business days which is triple the time stated. I'm upset about the dishonesty. When emailing customer support they ignored me and have not replied. Reddit was right about Anova I should have listened."
"I have a FoodSaver that is pretty old but served us very well. It still operates, but we got the Anova in case something happen in the middle of our packing season. We just operate them side by side. Pros over FoodSaver: - It takes narrow bags - It's smaller (stockage) - No wait between seal (although, it's longer, I guess the cooling time is simply included to make us think it's faster. It is not, but it is better psychologically) Cons: - The rolls and cutter are inside the machine, so, when it seals, you can't prepare a bag for the next one. - It sometimes needs three hands to operate. . . The bags may roll and, if you cut your bag a bit too short, you just can't flatten to make sure there is no ripple and close the machine at the same time. - I like, on the Foodsaver, the little sound to tell me it's done. I think it's missing. - The place where the juice fall if there is any that come out is fix to the machine. In the FoodSaver, you can remove it to clean it better. But, it does the job super well. The seals is powerful and doesn't take too long to seal."
"Removes air very slowly, never switches to sealing mode. When it does seal, the seal is good, but it leaves air in the bag. I was looking for troubleshooting advice but never found any."
