"I have always bought my sous vide machine from Anova. I must bought at least 10 machines. However the past few devices seems to break down very easily (the temperature shows a number when in fact it is measuring way above the shown temperature) and a few other issues. I am just really disappointed with the quality of the devices recently."

"Really disappointed with customer service. My product failed only a few days outside the warranty period, and the warranty was apparently being calculated from the shipment received date rather than when the product actually saw regular use. Responses averaged about 4 days between emails, dragging the process out for weeks, and after all that the only resolution offered was 20% off a replacement. For a premium-priced brand, I expected much better support and accountability."
Wifi and Bluetooth not supported anymore
"My Smart cooker, and older machine that is still working fine after many years, but Anova stopped supporting the Bluetooth and WiFi feature on it with its app. Again there is no problem with the machine, I just think that a company taking a feature you paid for off their product so you have to buy a newer version says a lot about said company. Buyer beware."

"Buy it with peace of mind. I have been using this for about a month now and I can say that it works very well. It does exactly what I expected. It heats up pretty quickly, it is easy to use, and reliable. I have cooked salmon with it mainly and I am satisfied. This product helped me move away from deep fried food and I am already seeing the difference. Thank you ANOVA."

Cheap built
"I bought this Anova cooker in 2023, and my experience has been very disappointing. The plastic holder is clearly poorly made. It literally fell apart twice in just three years, which is unacceptable for a product at this price point. On top of that, the bottom cover that protects the flywheel also broke. What makes this even more frustrating is that I now have to pay to have these parts repaired, even though the failures appear to be due to defective or very low-quality materials. When multiple parts break under normal use, it raises serious concerns about the durability of the entire unit and whether it will just keep failing again in the future. Overall, this product has not held up the way it should, and I do not have confidence in its build quality anymore. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this Anova cooker."

"It's great. Had this for 5 years used in a commercial kitchen. One of our favorites is Duck Wings. Spend the money it's worth it. We started with the first Anova and used it for years and upgraded to the pro. I also have the first generation oven. Also amazing."
