Pezzo esaurito :(

"Non potendo neanche ordinare il pezzo perché esaurito, ho dovuto arrangiarmi. Con 1€ in ferramenta ho acquistato una vite di diametro leggermente inferiore al foro, e due dadi in modo da poter fissare la vite alla rotella del morsetto con un dado, e al recipiente a cui aggancio il precision cooker all'altra estremità con il secondo dado. Francamente non capisco perché un elemento così sollecitato come la vite di fissaggio sia stato progettato e realizzato in plastica. Mi auguro che ripristinino la fornitura e che facciano viti di fissaggio in metallo"

Overpriced and poor design.

"The original was cheaply made and easily broken. Charging that much to replace a design flaw is not up to par with Anova quality. I am on my second Anova. When it dies, I am going to try another manufacturer."

CHEAP AND NASTY

"This clamp literally fell apart straight out of the box. It bewilders me that a piece of equipment worth $350 has such a cheap and nasty clamp. To add insult to injury, upon notifying Anova that it broke on first use, they required the machine serial number, shipping address and phone number to then send me a link to where I could buy the replacement part. $26 for a 2 cent piece of cheap plastic."

"Flimsy original part. Replacement part costs 1/3 of the original product. Out of pricinple I'd rather throw away my anova and buy another stick else where. I am disgusted."

Absurd design failure at customer expense?!

"This should be a metal screw. What were you thinking with this design?! And you want $30 for this junk?! Absolutely ridiculous that your paying customers should have to deal with this absurd failure on your part. You should send a free metal replacement to everyone who purchased these compatible units. Shame on you. I will be looking for an alternative solution because I refuse to give your company anymore money."

Cheap part, expensive price.

"About to order a new one as there’s no other option, but this price is outrageous for such a cheaply made part. Get your act together and make a better part or sell them at a reasonable price. Last item I buy with Anova label if this is how you run your business."
