"I eat lots of cheese. I vacuum pack the hard cheeses and put them in my crisper drawer. I may not reopen for a week or two and the vacuum is still air tight with zero leakage. II also use an Anova machine to vacuum pack. I have purchased OEM rolls and they have always failed to maintain a vacuum."
"Vacuum sealer was defective upon arrival. It vacuumed out very slowly and did not complete the vacuum process and shut off without sealing. I returned the defective unit and I had to pay return shipping. I have not yet received a replacement and I'm concerned that one is not coming. Not a good experience."
