"I received the bags which I am very satisfied with. The only thing was there were no instructions on how to use them. I went on YouTube and could not find anything helpful. I used them for the first time and there appears to be no way to seal them. Don’t understand what the tab is for. I could sure use some help."
"It really took som work to get it open the first time, I thought it was permanently sealed - and thought I would tear the material getting it open. It took 5+ minutes of carefully separating. Once I did this it has been very useful."

"Getting the air out was harder than I thought, especially given the protein, the oils and herbs, etc. seal is great but would love a way to vacuum out the extra air without using the old tool and having an air pocket that makes it float to the top and not be able to circulate in the water"

It’s like the thing was superglued shut. I was worried about tearing the bag. My hands were literally sore after that unsuitable exercise. Now that it’s open, I hope it will seal for use and not require such colossal effort to open after a sous vide cook!"
