The oven that does everything
"I have had it for a month now and am still amazed at this oven. Sourdough bread is sensational. Steamed Chinese buns, crispy pork belly. Everything is so controllable it’s unbelievable. Just keeping a hollandaise sauce warm works perfectly preserving the life of the sauce. Just brilliant"

A Game-Changer for Home Bread Bakers—Worth Every Single Penny!
"I specifically bought the Anova Precision Oven for one main reason: baking bread. I wanted to see if the controlled steam injection could truly replicate a commercial bakery deck oven at home, and I can honestly say it has exceeded every expectation. The bread this oven produces is simply outstanding. From white loaves to 50/50s, the steam injection during the initial spring gives an incredible rise and an unbelievably soft, tender crumb without needing any artificial improvers. Using the integrated probe to cook strictly to internal core temperature means perfect, consistent results every single time. While bread was my primary motivation, I’ve also started exploring other features like the temp probe for meats, as well as cakes and smaller bakes—all of which have turned out brilliantly soft and light. Being able to keep an eye on the live video feed right from my tablet in the conservatory is just the icing on the cake! If you are serious about bread making, this oven is worth every penny purely for the baking capability alone. Everything else it does is a fantastic bonus. Highly recommended!"

A Steaming & Roasting Game-Changer with One Tiny Design Flaw
"The Anova Precision Oven 2. 0 is a game-changer with its flawless steam function for bakery-quality crusts, rapid heat-up time, and endless menu options that simplify complex recipes. Cleanup is a breeze since the interior wipes down effortlessly. The only downsides are its large countertop footprint and a bulky handle that can hit the surface when opened on a wide table, but its unmatched performance makes it worth every inch of space."

AMAZING
"My oven heats up fast, cooks perfectly for what i tried so far. I love the 2 step cooking and love using the app. My oven resides in the garage because i live in a hit climate so the app is especially hot climate. The camera is my favorite."

Upgrade from v1
"I have owned 2 Anova v1 precision ovens. I decided to pull the trigger on 2. 0 and from the time I set it up I realized that I did the right thing. The display on the front, the ability to list burners on the top and bottom to clean. The camera recognition. It has the same feel as when you finally buy a new car. It just runs better. You enjoy it more. If you are considering upgrading. Go for it. You will not regret your decision."

Bought 2 Ovens, 1 works - NO customer support
"I bought the first Precision Oven 2. 0 about 5 months ago. I have had great luck with it, and found the temperature and humidity settings to be accurate. Then I bought a 2nd oven 2 weeks ago. This is where the problems started: - The 2nd oven doesn't maintain temperature when steam is on. - Anova won't respond to any of my email support requests, initiated a week ago - Found a phone number online, but it just takes you to an answering machine - The app won't allow you to connect 2 ovens to the same app So now that 50% of my ovens don't work, and Anova won't provide support, I would recommend avoiding this brand."

So far so good!
"I've only had the APO2 for a few weeks, but I'm loving it so far. Highlights so far are baking cookies with 20% humidity so they come out a bit more chewy, and being able do bagless sous vide on a piece of meat before putting it onto fan bake/broil (grill) to brown it off/convert the skin to crackling on a piece of pork - it's so good not having to clean the bags!!"

Great upgrade to the original
"Got after our OG finally packed it in. The upgrades are great it is quieter, the screen is a nice addition and more functions make it more customisable to every cook"

APO-dependance
"Let say this. The APO has issues, reading the chat groups can scare anyone from buying one. But, It transformed our kitchen in a such a significant way that, although we find it expensive and with a short life expectancy, it is out of question that we would go without one. That is why we got a 2. 0 after our 1. 0 (?) gave up on us after 5 years (around $0. 70 per day) Note that, if the 1. 0 would have been still available, we would have bought the same. This being said, we are happy to have discovered the 2. 0. which we feel is an improvement on its predecessor. I give it a 5 stars, because perfection also has its faults."

Very Disappointed with support
"Hello - The oven looks very promising however I have had nothing but trouble trying to get a defective part replaced since the item was shipped. I have not been able to use the oven without this part and I have been going on over a month to get this resolved with no support. I have escalated to better business bureau and my bank."
