Last week was a HUGE week, #anovafoodnerd family. Thank you for your patience while we had our plates full with the big news and corresponding necessary activity around our joining forces with Electrolux. It is a huge win all around, and we are excited for what is coming. Now, we’re ready to get back to regularly scheduled programming. And that means revealing the winners of the Anova Super Bowl Challenge!
How did we choose the winners?
We received so many amazingly delicious looking entries, we had to stick to the rules originally posted. Entries had to include:

From there, we picked the top ten submissions and asked former NFL Super Bowl Champion Lawyer Milloy (who incidentally played for both the Patriots AND Falcons over his impressive football career!) to choose his favorite five.

@diningdinos for this beautiful Cubano sandwich! Game day or not, this is one sammy that we could happily get lost in. Layers of perfectly tender pork, spicy pickles, fresh cilantro, and Swiss cheese in crispy pressed bread - YES, PLEASE!
@humscottfood with his deep fried sous vide pork belly in sticky soy-honey glaze. Crispy, sticky, tender - this little recipe has ALL of the best things. We can’t WAIT to test this it out!

@therealchefgigi with “pork belly bao on steroids”, as she jokingly says! An impeccable segue between the Lunar New Year and the Super Bowl, these little guys look pretty perfect for ANYTIME!
What's next?
We are currently in the process of reaching out to each of the winners to ensure that we have every last detail of the recipes (and their addresses to send out the prizes!).
