"I am a happy loyal customer to Anova but for some reason i have not received any information regarding my order and very poor and unresponsive support team. I have sent multiple emails and have had no response so writing a review seems to be my only option. I hope this results in a response and the refund i have asked for."

"I’ve been using the Anova Precision Cooker for everything from everyday dinners to meal prep, and it has never let me down. Whether it’s steak, pork shoulder, chicken, or vegetables, it consistently produces results that are difficult to achieve with traditional cooking methods. Once you dial in the time and temperature, you get the same great outcome every time without having to constantly watch the food. Where it really shines is cooking larger quantities. It’s perfect for meal prep, family dinners, or bringing food to a potluck since you can prepare everything in advance and finish it whenever you’re ready to serve. The consistency is especially noticeable when you’re cooking multiple portions at once because every piece comes out evenly cooked. If you pair it with a 5 gallon bucket, the possibilities get even bigger. I’ve used it for large cuts of meat, and you can even cook a whole turkey with ease. The only real challenge is finding a bag that’s large enough and sealing it properly. Once you’ve solved that, the Anova handles the rest, making what would normally be a complicated meal surprisingly simple."
"Sous vide makes such a big difference in the quality of everything I make. Steaks, pork chops, pork shoulder, baby back ribs, brisket, chicken. I’ve used the Anova for all of these meals and I feel like it always dialed in the proper texture and “doneness” in our meals. I’m not done experimenting with the Anova sous vide. "5 stars. This unit does exactly what it was designed to do. Heats the water fairly quickly and then maintains the temperature. Very easy to use. Opened up a whole new way of cooking for me. Cooking corn on the cob and steaks are reason alone to buy this, not to mention how well it cooks chicken. I love it"
"I own both of these models and have enjoyed the quality of these products. I use each of them for different size containers and temperatures. The precision cooker has less power so it heats the water slower but maintains the temperature well. I often heat the water bath with the Pro model and then switch to the precision cooker to keep the temperature even. Using the Pro for larger amounts of water I'm able to make two cooks (meats and vegetables) at the same time at different temperatures. I did have a warranty problem with the Pro model and customer service was excellent. They took care of my problems very quickly and I was back to cooking. I use both models weekly and am always pleased with the results."
"I use mine for pre cooking ribs, brisket and pork. Once cooked I refrigerate before reheating in the smoker to give it a mild smoky flavour."
"We have been cooking with the Sous Vide for years. You cannot make a mistake with this. We cook butterfly pork and don't butterfly them. They come out like filets. Tri tips and steaks are awesome. Can't get the same results on a grilled or griddle. We recommend this to everyone."
