The easy and quick way.

"I was going to purchase the bigger clear container but decided to try the Sous Vide in one of my pots first. I then saw this cooker lid and for the price said why not. It sites on the top of the pot stopping any steam from escaping. The water comes to temp quickly and just sits there for the entire service. I would highly recommend this produce."
