プレッシャーの力。

チャンバーシーラーは、パウチ内を含むチャンバー全体からすべての空気を除去し、均等に加圧された環境を作ることによって動作します。そこから、シーラーバーがパウチの開口端を閉じ、圧力が解放され、完全に密封された食品が出来上がります。
