"I have a precision oven and loved using the probe however the tip of the plug disintegrated which means I now have to use a seperate probe and manually change steps when the correct temperature is reached. It has now been three months and this replacement probe is still not available"

"Two weeks after getting it the new core temperature probe stopped working. As soon as you plug it into the APO port, it reports a temperature HIGHER than the oven temperature by 20-30 degrees Centigrade, which makes the app think the food is cooked before it even got started 😀 which is a bit rubbish really. So I’ve given up on it. Instead I use a Meater probe to check for doneness while using the APO."
"Although this probe works fine, the oven stopped working when the display on the handle quit working because of a broken wire in the hinge - a common problem. Since this is a design flaw, I hope Anova will back up this defective oven."
"The temp fluctuates and the probe has to be fully inserted or it reads ambient temp instead of the food temp."
"I've received several warranty replacements for my probe over the years. Temp probes are a consumable item, so I am glad to see them finally offered for sale, but disappointed they are out of stock. Can an in-stock notification be set up, so those of us needing another replacement don't have to constantly check the site?"
