Useless after 20 uses

"The cooker is useless after three years and 20 uses. I can turn it on, but only one button works: either the cooking temp setter or the one that looks like a thermometer. They do not work together at once. Sometimes one, sometimes the other. Yesterday evening the cooker started to behave funny: the cooking temperature was going up and down without me touching it, and in the end it always ended up showing the highest possible temp (190 F or so). I unplugged the cooker five times, which helped, but today morning the temperature showed up in Celsius (I left it on F yesterday evening), and the cooker is dead. The cooking time setter button does not work, and the plus and minus buttons are dead as well."
