"I love cooking, but many times I have to do other things and not just sit there watching the food cook. My oven is now my Sous Chef, even if I’m not in the room, I can observe the cooking and make changes if necessary. The only thing I would wish for is when you made a change, if it had a recording to yell out, “YES CHEF. ” In conclusion, it is a great oven. And it makes me a better cook. So what else would you need in an oven other than to buy the perfect one first up. Kim"

"$50 tray specifically designed for their own oven, and you still need to place it on another rack in the oven… why would you not design this to be ever so slightly larger and be its own rack in the oven… kind of dumb"

Love the Pan - Needs More Description

"Love, love this pan and it certianly does the job. My only issue was that the description was not clear in that there is not a underlying pan that comes with it. So if you don't have the original Anova pan, the perforated pan may not work as described, since finding the right pan for it to fit could be a challenge. May be better to clear up the descriptor and to offer to sell it as a pair with the other needed pan."

"I'm giving it two stars because there must be something you can bake with this pan, but I sure haven't found it. So far I've made a batch of bagels with pale, striped bottoms and eclairs with nice round tops and heartbreaking domed bottoms."
