"Work well for sous vide, of course, and good size for lacto ferments. I would like to see some narrower bags for vacuum sealing smaller quantities - ideally half the width so I could seal two bags at same time, side by side."

"Bought it a few weeks back and have used it quite a bit. Did vacuum seal meal preps for crockpot, pressure cooker, and sous vide. Pickled some red onions was easy to do. Watching a few videos and plan to do some infusions."

"I’m impressed with my Chamber Vacuum Sealer. I still have my Precision Sealer as I’ve found that they both have their respective applications. The Chamber Vacuum Sealer excels where moisture is involved, but the Precision Sealer is better where larger items are involved. The Chamber Sealer bags are great - foolproof to use. I wouldnt be without them."
