Horrible Customer Service
"Really disappointed with customer service. My product failed only a few days outside the warranty period, and the warranty was apparently being calculated from the shipment received date rather than when the product actually saw regular use. Responses averaged about 4 days between emails, dragging the process out for weeks, and after all that the only resolution offered was 20% off a replacement. For a premium-priced brand, I expected much better support and accountability."
