"The item that arrived was not the item in the picture. Yes, there was some unclear message on the item about the EU version being different, but not that it was a completely different product. The Rack in the picture is one that sits in the baking tray. The rack that shows up, is an Oven Shelf! The one star awarded was because they were gracious enough to refund the my money. But, I think it would be much better to simply correct the image in the catalogue! Why are they not doing that?"

"Was looking for an oven rack, expecting one to fit in their oven trays, which is what the picture appears to display. What turned up was an additional oven shelf, which I didn't want or need. They did however refund me."
